Hi, I'm Jo and this is my Cavapoo, Archie!

I understand how difficult it can be to find a pet photographer you can trust and provide you with amazingly beautiful photographs. So if you have found your way to my website, hello and welcome!! Perhaps I can tell you why I decided to become a pet photographer after a long and successful Police career.

 

In August 2000, I bought my first puppy, Jasper, an adorably cute but very independent and stubborn West Highland Terrier. 16 years passed by in a flash before Jasper suddenly passed away. After this harrowing experience, and as time passed, I realised I had taken hundreds of lovely photos of him with my mobile phone, but none of sufficient quality to have printed and displayed on my wall. This remains a profound regret and I vowed that, if I ever bought another dog, I would combine my love of animals and photography and learn to take photos I would be proud to display.

 

Fast forward to 2020 and I welcomed a mischievous, affectionate, demanding and adorably cute Cavapoo, Archie, into my home. As Archie was growing, I studied pet photography and recorded the milestones in his little life.

 

However long our treasured pets are with us, it is never long enough, so don't leave it too late as I did.  With improvements in mobile phone cameras, it is possible to take great photos, but there is still a vast chasm between mobile phone technology and images taken with a professional camera, especially when enlarged and/or framed for pride of place in your home, to enjoy today and forever.  I would be honoured to have the opportunity to capture the very special personality of your beloved pet(s) and provide you with stunning images for you to remember forever!
